Single Study Language Study (SSLP)

In 2018 the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) has granted Community Languages Australia registration as a Senior Secondary Provider to deliver VCE Languages units 1- 4 on behalf of Victorian CLS.
This is a positive step for Community Languages Australia but more importantly for the CLS providing VCE and their enhanced recognition.

2023 SSLP Registration with CLA
All SSLP are required to complete an annual registration confirming VCE students number and class location.
The process requires information regarding:

VCE Authorisation
Single Study Language Providers (SSLPs) intending to deliver VCE language studies in 2024 are required to submit an Application for authorisation as a Single Study Language Provider by August 13th.
They must complete this process (Stage 1 & 2) annually, regardless of whether they are new or previously authorised.
This includes SSLPs within the registration of Community Languages of Australia and senior secondary course providers authorised by the VCAA, the accredited owner of the Victorian Certificate of Education program (Education and Training Reform Regulations 2017).
Single Study Language Providers applying for authorisation to deliver the VCE must demonstrate capacity to comply with the conditions set by the VCAA.
